These are characteristics that are sorely lacking in the auto industry.  After all the give and take with  7 Acura dealers you guys are the lowest by $500.  Because you have been up front with me throughout this process, 

I think we should go back to your initial offer of $36,995. That equals the lowest price I received from the other dealers. 

Center Acura deserves to earn a fair profit, and I deserve a fair price  -- $36,995 is a fair price.  Personal integrity and the support of an honest car dealer is more important to me than $500.  See ya later today.

I have been searching and researching vehicles for almost a year.

I had my sights set on a used MDX and went to the dealership with my trade-in to see what kind of deal I could make. Jimmy was amazing. After looking at the used car I determined it did not meet my needs and it was not appealing.

Jimmy was a miracle worker and with out pressure walked me through the numbers and I was able to lease a brand new MDX with more value and longevity than my original plan. He was a professional and not pushy. He gave me options.

I am now driving a new car that will be safe for me and my family for years to come. Jimmy is amazing and works with a fabulous team. Irene, the customer relations manager at the front and Ara were incredibly helpful and supportive.

This e-mail is to commend the exceptional service of Jason Shaw in the service department. In May be purchased a pre-owned/certified 2010 Acura TL.

Upon leaving the parking lot we noticed the paint had streaks on the roof and hood. We were told to bring the car back the following week....this is when we met Jason Shaw. Over the weeks that followed he kept us informed of the progress,provided us with a rental car,shared pictures of the car in progress, and the imperfections on the paint were completely repainted with a new front grille as well.

Our expectations were so completed exceeded, that I named the car "Jason" after Jason Shaw. I have worked in the customer service arena for 30 years and I notice customer service where ever I go. Jason was a stand out! Thank you for the over the top service. I will definitely refer others.

Just Purchased a vehicle from Center Acura.  From beginning to the end this was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. 
My first visit of Center Acura was
to look at different models, and go for a test drive.  The sales person (Jimmy) was well informed and was able to give me all the information I needed to make my decision.  I did my research and when I was ready, I asked for quotes via Edmunds and through Center Acura. Center Acura was the first to respond and ultimately gave me the best deal (I had the various internet sales people compete for my business -that was fun!).

The purchase process was easy and hassle free, the paperwork was done quickly, efficiently, and the features of my new vehicle were explained to my satisfaction.  I returned a week later and the staff made sure that I understood everything -no small task, lots of cool features to learn, gave me a travel mug, and a complimentary car wash.

I mostly dealt with Jimmy, Barry, and Rafi; whom were professional and eager to please. I highly recommend Center Acura.
